Nexus Fostering started in 2002 to help address the shortage of foster carers in the area. Since then, we have continued to grow, becoming established enough to provide security but still personal enough to provide our foster carers with as much help and support throughout their fostering role.
We are always looking for good people to become foster carers in Birmingham and surrounding areas such as Solihull, Wolverhampton and West Bromwich. We need people from a range of backgrounds to reflect the diversity of young people coming into care. To make it as easy as possible for the child or young person we try to match them with a home that reflects their own background so we need foster carers from all religions and cultures to come forward.

Here at Nexus Fostering, we recognise that fostering can be highly demanding, however we ensure that when you foster for us in Birmingham you and your foster child will be provided with all of the support you need.
Every one of our foster carers and foster children are treated as individuals and we strive to bring out the best in each person by providing outstanding levels of support so our carers can in turn provide outstanding levels of care to the children they are looking after.
Our foster carers in the Birmingham area are supported by our teams in our offices in Edgbaston and Telford.
