What’s cooking at the Harborne Food School?

9 March 2016

a quesillada from Harborne Food SchoolThe stunning Grade II listed clock tower building on Harborne High Street, Birmingham, has been tastefully and beautifully converted to be the home of Harborne Food School. The school offers cooking classes, demonstrations, food focus groups, food related training, and both private and corporate events and our young people loved it!

“Helping our young people to eat wisely and enjoy a balanced, nutritious, diet, is a top priority for us here at Nexus” explains Sandra, the regional manager for our Midlands region, “so the opportunity to make delicious and healthy chocolate brownies was welcomed by all! In addition, they made an aubergine lasagne and delicious quesilladas (pictured). A rainbow salad and smoothies completed the fabulous menu and everyone enjoyed tucking in to the fruits of their efforts!”

Our grateful thanks to the chefs and everyone at Harborne Food School, we’re looking forward to our next visit to you!
