There are 6 badges to collect and you can only apply once for each badge. You must be 6-15 years of age.
Your application could be a letter, poem, picture or story and must include a message at least 50 words long explaining which Blue Peter badge you are applying for, and why you deserve to be awarded one.
You need to include your full name, date of birth, and your postal address including postcode and send them to:
Blue Peter, MediacityUK, Salford M50 2BH
It may take 6-8 weeks to be sent to you.
