We had a lovely time on Friday! We had a great turnout of 14 children for our Mystery Food Challenge!

The children were tasked with making a starter, main and dessert. The children made creamy mushroom, nachos, Chilli con carne and a lemon cheesecake! In between cooking, the children played football and a game of tennis. The children enjoyed their hard work before being collected for the day.

Here is some feedback from them:

“I have enjoyed making the cheesecake today and I liked working in my group”

“I liked Macaroni Cheese”

“Today I liked making the food, eating the food and spending time with others.”

“I liked playing football and the food especially the nachos”

“The food was the best, next time we could have more recipes!”

“I liked the food because it was really good! Next time I don’t want a broken ankle and more recipes”.

“I liked how everyone worked as a team. I also liked how the people tried something different”

“My favourite part of today is playing football outside, the food was nice and I like hanging with my friends”.
