If you work with our Central team based in Cambridge, then you may know Alina, Vanessa, Sharyl, Nikita and Sue.

On 16th September they are taking on the Peterborough Memory Walk! This is a 6k walk raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society to fund research and treatment to help those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

The money raised is essential for the charity, who says “In 2015/16, for every £1 we received, we spent 89p on directly improving the lives of people with dementia. The other 11p goes towards generating future income. With your continued support, we will make even greater progress towards our vision of a world without dementia.

Senior Admin Sue, who is one of our walkers, says, “We are proud to do this walk as so many people are affected by these illnesses. I realise 6k probably doesn’t seem a lot to some people, but for some of our team, it may feel like a marathon!
