Norfolk Foster carers Tim and Beverley had been married for 18 years before they thought about fostering. They moved into a home which had a spare room then it was all systems go! Tim says "We have had some fantastic experiences over the last few years, working with many amazing professionals and engaging with beneficial training in person and online. The support and encouragement we have received have been excellent from the moment we first enquired about fostering to the present day".

Lorraine and Nick have been Parent & Child foster carers with us since 2019. Lorraine says "I wanted to give something back as my dad was given up at birth, was fostered & then adopted, as was my middle sister. I absolutely love my work. I find it so rewarding. I love allowing these parents the chance to be with their babies and support them."
Karen has been a foster carer with Nexus Fostering for 15 years. Over the years, she has specialised in children with extremely complex medical needs.
Marilyn worked within children’s services and wanted to help more children, so she came out of work to foster full time. Malcolm was in the forces, then worked in a college with children with special needs. They are now both retired and full-time foster carers.
