Nexus Fostering is an established and reputable fostering provider with offices in north west London, Birmingham, Norwich and Cambridge that provide a local service to our foster families and the children they care for.

Our carers use support from social workers to understand the complexities of the fostering task. Together, you will help the children and young people who live with the carers to reach their full potential - in line with the five outcomes identified in "Every Child Matters".

We are looking for people to work on a self employed basis to provide support to our carers by transporting children to and from school or meetings, or taking children on activities at weekends or school holidays. We provide training to enable Outreach Workers to supervise contact meetings. Applicants should have experience of looking after children other than their own, have a car with appropriate insurance and will have an enhanced CRB check.
