Investors in People is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people and sets a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals.

Nexus Fostering is proud to have been granted the Investors in People award in January 2006 and to have maintained the standards for its assessment in January 2009. This recognises the commitment that Nexus Fostering has given to providing support and training for its staff and foster carers in order to provide a high quality service to the children and young people in placement with them.
